CONSTITUTION AND AGM
The current Constitution of Quilters’ Guild of SA Inc. is dated 2 November 2021. Amendments were approved by the South Australian Office of Consumer and Business Services in April 2007. Further amendments were approved by the membership at the Annual General Meeting on 6 March 2021. Further amendments were voted by the members at the Special General Meeting on 2 September 2021 and approved by the Australian Office of Consumer Affairs on 2 November 2021.
An amendment to remove the five-year limitation for members to contribute as part of the Executive Committee was put to the 2023 Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2023 and was approved unanimously.
