LEADERSHIP TEAM AND SUPPORT TEAMS
The Quilters’ Guild of South Australia Inc. was incorporated in 1984.
The current Constitution of Quilters’ Guild of SA Inc. is dated 25 May 2023. Amendments were approved by the South Australian Office of Consumer and Business Services in April 2007. Further amendments were approved by the membership at the Annual General Meeting on 6 March 2021. Further amendments were voted by the members at the Special General Meeting on 2 September 2021 and approved by the Australian Office of Consumer Affairs on 2 November 2021.
An amendment to remove the five-year limitation for members to contribute as part of the Executive Committee (Leadership Team) was put to the 2023 Annual General Meeting on 4 May 2023 and was approved unanimously. The amendment was approved by the Australian Office of Consumer Affairs on 25 May 2023.

SA QUILTERS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS
The Annual General Meeting for the Quilters’ Guild of South Australia (SA Quilters) is held on the first Thursday of May each year.
The meeting is open to all SA Quilters members and everyone is welcome.
Annual Service Awards and Life Membership Awards are announced at the Annual General Meeting.

LEADERSHIP TEAM AND SUPPORT TEAMS
The SA Quilters Leadership Team is elected at the Annual General Meeting which is held in May each year.
In addition, there are various support roles, called Team Leader roles, managed by SA Quilters members which are overseen by the Leadership Team. All positions are voluntary.

Any financial member of SA Quilters is eligible to serve on the Leadership Team.
You can nominate yourself or someone else by downloading and completing the nomination form which you can submit at any SA Quilters meeting or send to the Secretary by email at secretary.saquilters@gmail.com.
Nominations must be received by the Secretary 14 days before the date set for the Annual General Meeting.
