*Please do not use the following account for Quilt Encounter payments. Refer to your relevant Quilt Encounter brochure for banking details.*

Direct Deposit to:
BSB 105-051
Account 207 144 540

Ideal Reference:
member number/name/event or reason (ie FOQ, QE, Mship, WS)  (see explanation)

Many organisations now place a levy on the use of credit cards. SA Quilters has no levy and would therefore encourage a cash payment or Direct Deposit whenever possible. Please note that the ‘Reference’ could be your name, member number and the event for example: Smith107/QE (Quilt Encounter) Smith107/WScode (workshops) or Smith107/mship (membership). We understand that some reference fields are limited so that is why an email will avoid any confusion about where the payment is coming from. Other event abreviations could be: D2D (Dare to Differ), FOQ (Festival of Quilts) and so on – but always add your name.

A direct deposit will appear on the bank statement with the reference you have given so this detail is quite important.

If you make a Cash Deposit at the bank to the SA Quilters account you MUST email the Treasurers or they will not know who has made the deposit. This sort of payment appears on a bank statement as ‘Cash Deposit’.

DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL.
