PLEASE NOTE:
The following email was sent out to all group convenors in early July. It refers to Covid Safe, Insurance and Membership issues for groups. Please note the need to have group attendees sign the Quilting Group Attendance Sheet in line with government regulations.

Please use the contact list below if you are looking for a quilting group in your local area. All the groups have different meeting times, costs, activities etc. They are listed here as 'groups who have affilitated with QGSA for insurance & other benefits'. Some affiliate groups have a maximum member number so elect not to be listed.
For the group admin person: The Group's QGSA membership covers 1 July - 30 June. Please assist the volunteer committee & renew asap. This is particularly important for groups as Insurance will may lapse. Patches will not be delivered after August. Read the application form carefully. Other forms that you may need are also found below.

- Application for Insurance for Group Exhibitions (Please Note: It is important that Affiliated Groups intending to apply for insurance cover do so at least TWO MONTHS before their exhibition. Group exhibitions are not covered under the Guild's insurance policy unless an application has been made for this cover, and the contribution of $40.00 for each exhibition has been paid to the Treasurer.)
