The current Constitution of Quilters' Guild of SA Inc. is dated 31 March 2007. Amendments were approved by the South Australian Office of Consumer and Business Services in April 2007.

at the Burnside Community Centre, corner of Portrush & Greenhill Roads, Tusmore
